Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web
site at the time you place your order plus any charges for shipping costs
applicable and as set out in the order form. Concept Tools Ltd must receive
payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable
charges for shipping, before you order can be accepted. In the event of a price
increase or reduction the price charged would be that ruling on the date of
order.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Goods sold under the retention of title terms. The ownership of the goods shall
not pass to the customer until full payment of the purchase price but the risk
will pass on delivery. This clause will not be overridden by any buyer’s
conditions of purchase and orders are accepted on this basis. Notwithstanding
delivery and the passing of risk with goods, or any other of these conditions,
the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until Concept Tools Ltd
has received cleared funds payment in full the price of the goods and all other
goods agreed to be sold by Concept Tools Ltd to the buyer for which payment is
then due. In respect to credit card payments, in the event of a charge back,
title of the goods previously purchased shall pass back to Concept Tools Ltd.
CATALOGUE DESCRIPTION
Item descriptions are given in good faith but may change without notice and do
not form part of any sale contract. Images are used to give a representation of
a product, and may differ from the exact model described. A customer may reject
goods within a reasonable period if this is found to be the case. If this is
found to be the case please contact us as soon as possible.
AVAILABILITY
While we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we
have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by
you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or
refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
We will deliver your goods in accordance with your order. We aim to ship goods
within 5 working days however this is not guaranteed please allow 28 days. In
the unlikely event that you have not received all your goods within 28 days of
the date of order you must notify us immediately. Your order may be sent in
more than one parcel as some goods will be sent directly from the
manufacturers. A valid signature will be required on all deliveries and
collections.
RETURN, REFUNDS AND WARRANTYS POLICY
Concept Tools Ltd must first authorize all returns and an
authorization number clearly displayed on all parcels, parcels not displaying
an authorization number will not be accepted. Warranty claims are for
manufacturing defects not wear and tear, misuse or abuse. All warranty
guarantees are shown in the catalogue although Concept Tools will have the
final say in all warranty claims. All returns will be at the cost of the
customer unless they have been incorrectly delivered or delivered damaged or
faulty.
If you require returning an unwanted item this may only be done under the
following criteria:

The item has not been used or removed from its original
packaging. It must be returned in its original condition.

Under the distance selling regulations the consumer has 7 working days from receipt of the goods in which to cancel the contract. Notification of cancellation is required by form of durable medium i.e. in the form of a letter or email. Returns are made at your own cost.
Opening the packaging of an item will constitute use of that
item as under law it will then not be in resalable condition, and return will
be refused.
Please note that delivery charges are non refundable when an unwanted item is
being returned.
In the unlikely event that an item is sent incorrectly, faulty or damaged then
contact us within 48 hours and we instruct you on how to return the item.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost returns to us so please ensure
an appropriate carrier or an insured method is used we do not accept liability
until the item has been received by us. Goods should be returned unopened in
its original packaging, with adequate protection to ensure that the goods and
packaging reach us in good condition.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of the goods being returned back to us.
CANCELATIONS
Your order may only be cancelled if you contact us before your order has been
dispatched. If you need to return unwanted items please see our returns policy

FORCE MAJEURE
Concept Tools Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure or
delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or
delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our
reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other
industrial disputes).
LIABILITY
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good
any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or
defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods
in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits,
administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect consequential loss or
damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no
liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund
we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent
misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence
